Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop enhancements for Honeywell’s building solutions across the full software lifecycle
• Apply Agile practices (Scrum) and iterative development methods
• Provide responsive support for deployed software solutions
• Collaborate with the team to implement best practices in development and processes
• Mentor and support the growth of team members
• Deliver results aligned to goals, including:
  • High productivity and quality
  • Timely delivery
  • Adherence to standards
  • Strong responsiveness to customer needs

Key Experience & Capabilities:

7+ years software engineering experience across analysis, design, coding, testing and support of software

Have a passion for software along with enthusiasm and ability to quickly master new technologies and skills. Have a good understanding of

o   Fundamental concepts of creating maintainable, testable software 

o   Backend and/or frontend development and associated technologies

Key Qualifications

Essential

• Full‑stack development experience (backend preferred)
• Strong in .NET (C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET) and REST APIs
• Solid frontend skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON

Highly Valued

• Agile, CI/CD, and testing experience
• Strong debugging and scalable design skills
• Experience with React/Angular and backend systems
• Understanding of secure software development
