• Develop SailPoint ServiceNow applications with focus on backend and full-stack engineering.
• Work on ServiceNow client-side scripting, developing widgets, backend scripts, and web services.
• Collaborate with peers for grooming, design, development, and code reviews.
• Produce design documents, analysis documents, architecture diagrams, and rough estimates based on product requirements.
• Develop unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features.
• Contribute to onboarding and training of new resources.
• Provide product demos to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Resolve customer queries and escalations related to ServiceNow applications.
• Create new environments as required for development and testing.
