Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. You will leverage your expertise in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOps and SFDC Lightning to enhance system functionality and user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure seamless integration and configuration of Salesforce applications driving efficiency and innovation in a hybrid work model.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce DevOps to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce applications with existing systems.
• Manage SFDC Data effectively to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Salesforce applications.
• Implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interface and improve system performance.
• Configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications providing timely and effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the company’s purpose by delivering solutions that improve business processes and impact society positively.
• To be successful in this position your skills and experience should include:
• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization with a maximum of 10 years.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Order to Cash Order Management and Finance & Accounting domains as a nice to have skill.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Show strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
