Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a strong reputation among travel organizations and software houses, coupled with a deep understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of API integrations.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and nurture existing business relationships, fostering strong commercial and personal connections with partners at all levels, and negotiate favorable commercial and financial terms.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to achieve team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits, providing on-site and online support to agents, conducting trainings and webinars, and introducing new products to drive sales.
  • Utilize BI tools to monitor daily client and team performance, driving improved results.
  • Coordinate with support departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position within the travel industry.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent business communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales management skills in a B2B/API environment.
  • Proven track record of developing new/existing sales, preferably within an online travel platform.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business, with a valid driver’s license.
