Senior React.js Developer

Job Description

Role Overview :

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance React-based web applications Build AI-enabled, data-driven digital products supporting complex engineering and business use cases Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver user-centric and interoperable solutions

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and design systems

– Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate APIs and data services Translate business and user requirements into high-quality frontend solutions

– Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

– Ensure seamless integration of frontend applications with cloud-based platforms

– Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend and integration issues

– Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

– Delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant React applications

– Improved user experience and frontend performance metrics Successful integration with APIs, data platforms, and AI-driven components

– Reduction in frontend defects and production issues Consistent adherence to coding standards and documentation

– Effective collaboration and contribution to cross-functional product teams

Required Experience & Qualifications :

– 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with React

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience

– Proven experience working in agile, product-based development environments

Technical Skill Sets :

– Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

– Experience with modern frontend tooling, state management, and component-based architecture

– Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services Database awareness with SQL Server or other relational databases

– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform

– Exposure to AI-enabled applications, analytics, or data visualization is an advantage Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing tools
