Role Details

The Technical Lead, Seniors Card Program is a role within the Office for Ageing Well and is accountable to the Seniors Card Program and Strategy Manager:

• providing high level advice to support the planning, development, and implementation of minor enhancements and version upgrades to ICT platforms used in the Ageing, Disability Policy and Safeguarding division
• providing subject matter expertise to implement larger strategic developments, including supporting discovery, development, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, functional specifications and updating existing process models
• supporting business with data analysis and reporting needs including data extraction, creation of dashboards and trend analysis utilising SQL and Power BI knowledge or other reporting tool experience.
