Senior Product Manager

Job Description

About the role:

Product Manager – Payments to own and scale our end-to-end repayment experience. This role will focus on building seamless, reliable, and scalable payment and collections systems that drive high repayment success, reduce delinquencies, and improve customer trust.

Responsibilities:

• Own the repayments and payments charter end-to-end, including EMI collections, repayments, retries, refunds, reversals, and reconciliation

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for repayment flows

• Drive continuous improvement of repayment success rates and reduction in payment failures

• Design intuitive and frictionless repayment journeys across app, web, and reminders (push, SMS,

WhatsApp, email)

• Optimize checkout, autopay setup, mandate flows, and fallback mechanisms

Qualifications:

• Prior 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, Tech or related roles

• Prior experience working in startups, fintech/ payments/ lending is a must

• Strong understanding of Indian payment ecosystems

• Prior experience working closely with engineering and design teams

• Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to drive decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
