Senior Multimedia Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Produce customizable social content and templates, social spots, cutdowns, and campaign variants.
• Fulfill member customization requests, personalizing campaign graphics with each agency’s own branding on a steady request volume.
• Design member-facing creative: campaign graphics, templates, infographics, and the monthly member content calendar.
• Own our self-serve campaign platform end to end: template library, customization zones, new campaign builds, and quality control.
• Run our agency branding program: logo assessments, clean vector rebuilds, brand guides, and full redesigns for member agencies. Real client-facing brand work with small businesses.
• Build practical business collateral: multi-page toolkits, guides, magazine ads, flyers, email graphics, and downloadable member resources.
• Keep the member content library current: retire stale assets, fill gaps, run the refresh calendar.
• Support campaign and consumer creative for our digital advertising and email programs as we scale them.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio showing both polished brand work and fast, useful business collateral.
• Strong Illustrator skills, including clean vector logo rebuilds from imperfect source files.
• Command of the rest of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Experience building and maintaining template systems or a design system over time, not only one-off deliverables.
• Comfort working directly with non-designer clients or members: assessing what they have, explaining what they need, and delivering files they can actually use.

Nice to have

• Experience designing assets in or for email platforms we build ours in HubSpot
• Insurance, financial services, or association experience.
• Experience designing for an audience that customizes and republishes your work.
