Senior Microsoft SQL Administrator

Job Description

The Senior SQL Administrator will provide technical support and advice for SQL, predominately Microsoft SQL Server databases and infrastructure, which includes a range of Microsoft SQL server-based applications in both internal and DMZ domains, hosted in the hybrid cloud including multiple Azure tenancies.

Skills and Experience required include:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL and Azure Cloud based SQL solutions.
• Experience in the support and monitoring tools used to implement and monitor Windows based solutions.
• Demonstrated experience of delivery within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
• Completion of the ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous.
