Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day performance marketing operations for a portfolio of apps
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google App Campaigns / UAC and Apple Search Ads
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using structured trackers and clear KPI reviews
  • Monitor and improve core growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPI, and overall funnel efficiency
  • Plan, run, and evaluate A/B tests and marketing experiments
  • Work on improving campaign quality, reporting discipline, and execution follow-through
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external platform POCs when needed
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and algorithm shifts that may affect performance
  • Contribute to app growth by improving marketing hygiene, creative feedback loops, and listing quality
  • Support better decision-making through clear analysis and actionable reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google App Campaigns / UAC
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads
  • Clear understanding of performance and efficiency metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and CPI
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking, with comfort interpreting campaign data and growth signals
  • Ability to build structured reporting and derive actionable insights from performance data
  • Good understanding of the app growth funnel
  • Working understanding of ASO and app listing hygiene
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing meaningful campaign budgets; candidates should have handled at least INR 50 lakh+ or USD 5,000+ monthly budget
  • Comfort with experimentation, creative review, and performance optimization

Good to have

  • Exposure to Meta as a paid channel
  • Experience working on international markets, especially Tier 1 countries
  • Experience with subscription-based apps
  • Familiarity with channels or strategies such as DSPs, Reddit, influencer-led growth, or Web-to-App
  • Experience working across both iOS and Android
  • Stronger strategic understanding of ASO
