Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
2. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
4. Oversee site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
5. Drive procurement, vendor negotiations, and material planning.
6. Monitor project progress, resolve risks, and report to management.
7. Ensure successful project completion and client/stakeholder handover.
