About The Role

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising and delivering high-quality, on-brand digital assets that support our marketing initiatives and business objectives. You will be responsible for designing engaging and consistent materials for use across our website, landing pages, assets (such as guides, presentations and whitepapers), social media, and other digital platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure every design output aligns with our brand guidelines and delivers a cohesive visual experience.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience creating designs specifically for B2B marketing
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing website pages, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
• Strong copywriting skills preferred with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics
• Proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to and enforce brand guidelines across all assets
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts for a variety of digital marketing materials, including:
• Website and landing pages
• Social media graphics and tiles
• Email templates
• Online presentations and digital brochures / eBooks
• Ensure strict brand consistency and quality across all design deliverables
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective, on-brand designs
• Provide creative and strategic input into marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging digital formats
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards
