Job Description

What You’ll Do

Animation and craft

  • Animate slot games from early concept through to final polish
  • Create and animate visual assets such as symbols, characters, UI elements, effects, and transitions
  • Enhance player feedback, clarity, and engagement through timing, motion, and visual cues
  • Collaborate closely with designers, mathematicians, and developers to align animation with gameplay mechanics
  • Contribute to each game’s look and feel through visual references, mood boards, and style guides
  • Optimize animations and assets for smooth in-game performance without sacrificing quality
  • Keep animation consistent from game to game, and help improve our animation pipeline, tooling, and standards
  • Take part in creative brainstorming and help shape themes and player experiences

Trailers and promo

  • Produce short game trailer videos for marketing, social, and operator-facing use
  • Cut game footage, animation, sound, and motion graphics into something that sells the game in seconds
  • Keep trailers on-brand and consistent across our portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • Substantial hands-on experience animating slot games. This one isn’t negotiable — we need someone who already knows how a base game, a free spins round, and a big win sequence are supposed to feel
  • A strong portfolio of shipped slot titles, with supporting visual work
  • Several years of professional experience, including games you took from concept to release
  • A working understanding of slot mechanics and how animation serves them
  • A good eye for static art as well as motion
  • Solid experience with 2D and/or 3D animation tools such as After Effects, Spine, Blender, Maya, or similar
  • Working knowledge of visual asset creation tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalents
  • Some experience cutting short promo or trailer videos — editing, pacing, sound, motion graphics. If you haven’t done one yet but have the motion graphics chops and want to, tell us that
  • Good understanding of player experience, animation timing, visual feedback, and UI/UX principles
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time, and deliver high-quality work in a small team
