Senior Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead – Artificial

Job Description

Core Responsibilities :

– AI Orchestration : Build and optimize the middleware that handles non-deterministic AI outputs, streaming audio, and complex RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.

– AI-Native Development : Lead by example in using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to maintain a high shipping velocity and clean, self-documenting codebases.

– System Architecture : Develop robust, scalable backends in Python (FastAPI) or Go that can handle millions of concurrent requests across Justdial’s ecosystem.

– Frontend Engineering : Create high-performance, responsive interfaces in Next.js that feel instantaneous, even when dealing with real-time AI data streams.

Technical Requirements :

– The AI-Native Edge : Strong preference for candidates who have integrated tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Antigravity into their daily professional workflow. You should be comfortable discussing how these tools change your approach to system design and debugging.

– Backend Mastery : 4+ years of experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency.

– Stateful Real-time Web : Experience with WebSockets and Redis for managing real-time state in distributed systems.

– Environment : We operate in a macOS/Zsh environment. Fluency in terminal-based workflows and shell scripting is essential.

Preferred Qualifications :

– You have built and deployed independent AI projects (not just tutorials) using modern LLM APIs (Gemini, Anthropic, Cerebras).

– Experience with Vector Databases (Milvus, Pinecone, or pgvector) and an understanding of embedding strategies.
