Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Description
They have 2 new opportunities in their engineering department, x1 Senior role, x1 Mid Weight role. You’ll be an individual contributer working on an established code base that supports a large volume of members, whilst working with the team to re-platform and modernise the exisiting code base. Fast pased environment with start up vibes.
You:
- Have strong skills in .NET, React and Javascript
- Are experienced with CMS’, such as Umbraco or other similar headless CMS’
- Have a deep understanding of the latest development practices, architectural thinking and cloud, web and mobile techs
- Are skilled with AWS cloud services
- Have experience operating high traffic websites, ideally with subscription based platforms
- Are a positive people person who loves collaborating with everyone across the business!
The Role:
- Full Stack Development, technical design through to dev of new platform features
- Documenting solutions
- Implementing our technical strategy to meet business needs and advocating for the most appropriate technologies with the team
- Contribute to the modernisation project, migrating existing code base to micro services etc
- Drive improvements in software delivery processes, adopting DevOps practices
- Maintain engineering best practices
- Manage technical debt
- Cross functionally collaborate
