Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Architecture Development

  • Design and implement backend services, APIs, and shared components.
  • Build internal platforms that support deployments, CI/CD, analytics, and developer workflows.
  • Enhance performance, reliability, and security of internal systems.

Full-Stack Development

  • Develop internal dashboards and UI tools using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Build backend microservices based on the chosen technology stack.
  • Manage development from design to deployment.

Engineering Standards

  • Define coding and architecture best practices.
  • Review code and mentor junior engineers.
  • Optimize databases, caching, and system performance.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work with SRE, product, QA, and DevOps teams to gather requirements.
  • Build internal tools to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Improve efficiency through automation and reusable frameworks.

Problem-Solving & Innovation

  • Identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
  • Lead modernization and refactoring initiatives.
  • Explore new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5–8+ years of strong full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js/Java/Python).
  • Good understanding of microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, authentication, and caching.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Background in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Ability to mentor others and maintain high engineering standards.
  • Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with internal platforms, CI/CD, or event-driven architecture is a plus.
