Senior Digital Solution Designer
Job Description
Role Overview :
As a Digital Solution Designer, you will serve as the bridge between strategic business goals and user-centric product execution. You will lead the design process for complex SaaS applications, translating abstract requirements into actionable design strategies.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and key client stakeholders, you will ensure that every design decision is backed by solid information architecture and design thinking principles. Your work will directly influence the usability and market success of enterprise-grade platforms, ensuring they remain competitive and intuitive in a fast-paced digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
– Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for SaaS products to ensure seamless alignment between user workflows and business objectives.
– Architect robust information structures that simplify complex data sets for end-users, enhancing overall product navigation and efficiency.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across multiple product modules.
– Facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders to uncover pain points and define innovative solutions that address core business challenges.
– Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate high-level requirements into detailed wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications.
– Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and data-backed design rationale to secure project buy-in and alignment.
Required Skillset :
– Demonstrated expertise in UX design and product strategy, specifically within the SaaS ecosystem, with 6 to 8 years of professional experience.
– Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive information architecture and user flows.
– Strong proficiency in building and scaling design systems that serve as a single source of truth for development teams.
– Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design audiences and influence product direction.
– Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies to solve ambiguous problems and drive user-centric innovation.
– Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment in Hyderabad, engaging with diverse teams to deliver high-quality design outputs.
– Strong analytical mindset, capable of conducting business analysis to ensure design solutions contribute to measurable business outcomes.
