Senior Digital Designer (UI & UX)

Job Description

You’ll be responsible for

• Bringing exceptional visual craft to every project. From UI systems and interaction design to typography, motion direction and brand expression within product.
• Delivering high-quality design across projects, from discovery and definition through to launch.
• Owning UI and UX outcomes on assigned projects, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Collaborating closely with clients, product managers, engineers and internal teams to bring digital products to life.
• Leading by example through strong craft, clear thinking and hands-on contribution.
• Supporting and mentoring designers through thoughtful feedback, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Helping uphold and evolve Josephmark’s design standards through consistent, considered execution.

You’ll bring

• You’re a senior designer with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual and UI craft — beautiful, considered work across digital products, interfaces, and brand-led experiences.
• Your portfolio shows strong visual systems, typographic sensibility, and an eye for detail that elevates everything around it. UX thinking and information architecture are part of your toolkit, but craft is the headline.
• You work confidently across the full design lifecycle — from discovery and early concepts through high-fidelity design and delivery.
• You’re comfortable working from ambiguity, helping define problems and shape direction when things aren’t fully formed.
• You’re a clear communicator who can present work, articulate creative decisions, and collaborate confidently with clients and internal teams.
• You naturally support and mentor others, offering thoughtful feedback and helping raise the quality of work around you.
