Senior Digital Analytics Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire service process as an expert. (Consulting, Implementation, QA, Support, Workshops/trainings, Analysis etc.)
• Lead the client communication and ensuring that they can always contact us with their technical and business questions/ issues.
• Supporting digital analytics solutions across strategy, design and technical implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, and other visualization tools for (KPIs)
• Engaging in internal taskforces for optimising the TRKKN services

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role (client or agency).
• Experience managing small to mid tier projects autonomously
• Proficiency in GA4/GTM. Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/SQL desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
