Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale and secure our cloud infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive the automation of deployment pipelines, improve observability, and ensure the robustness of our systems. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of engineers and product leaders to build best-in-class solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in GCP using Terraform (IaC)
- Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, improving developer efficiency and deployment reliability
- Implement observability solutions—logging, tracing, alerting—to ensure system health and performance
- Support Kubernetes deployments (GKE) and container orchestration
- Work closely with engineers and data teams to automate deployments and build out data pipelines
- Embed security practices into infrastructure and deployment processes
- Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and system reliability improvements
- Stay across the latest in cloud-native tech and DevOps tooling
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or similar engineering role
- Advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (especially GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub)
- Expertise in Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Proficiency in observability tooling (e.g. Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Experience building and managing secure, cost-efficient cloud environments
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
