Senior Developer – Azure Applications

Job Description

Your new role

• Play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications built on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead full-stack development using Angular, .NET, and C#
• Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs for internal and external integrations
• Build solutions leveraging Azure services including Event Grid, Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure Container Instances
• Manage data interactions with Cosmos DB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL
• Develop and maintain SharePoint-based solutions and integrations
• Implement and manage Webhooks for real-time system interactions
• Design and support event-driven architectures using Azure Event Grid and Storage Queues
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to secure coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including testers, analysts, and infrastructure engineers
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
• Document technical decisions and ensure architectural consistency

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years’ experience in full-stack development with Angular, .NET, and C#
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and event-driven architecture
• Proven experience developing and maintaining RESTful and event-based APIs
• Proficiency in Cosmos DB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker, deploying via Azure Container Instances or App Services
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with Webhooks and SharePoint development
• Familiarity with Azure Storage Queues and asynchronous messaging patterns
• Understanding of Azure Firewall, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Azure B2C
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Preferred Certifications
  Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certifications in Angular or .NET technologies
