Responsibilities
- Help develop and roll out brand identities from concept through execution, working across Adobe suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Produce motion graphics proficiently, working in After Effects or a similar program
- Design across digital, UX, and interactive projects, with Figma proficiency a strong plus
- Collaborate with senior creatives and contribute to a shared creative vision, jumping in where the work needs you
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 4 to 6 years of design experience, ideally in a branding or agency setting where you’ve worked with or within large corporate organizations
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates range from high-level concept to polished execution — we’re especially interested in seeing corporate reports, branded systems, or thought leadership materials
- Are comfortable with production and execution, not just ideation
- Are a self-directed remote worker who communicates well and brings genuine curiosity to new tools, workflows, and ways of solving problems
The AI piece: We’re actively building AI-enabled workflows and brand tools in Figma, PowerPoint, and beyond. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to be genuinely curious and eager to learn alongside us.: You’ll work directly with senior creative leadership on substantive, complex brand challenges for some of the world’s most recognized financial institutions. It’s a small team, which means real autonomy, real responsibility, and work that actually ships.
