Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled, trend-conscious Senior Designer to deliver impactful, digital-first design solutions. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with copywriters and cross-functional teams under the guidance of Art Directors and the Creative Director. This position does not involve junior management; instead, it requires a strong aesthetic sense, a solid understanding of motion graphics, and the agility to adapt smoothly to fast-paced project turnovers and tight deadlines.
- Digital-First Visual Execution: Create and design impactful digital assets, including static & animated display advertising banners, social media content, EDMs, web elements, and comprehensive digital campaign materials.
- Trend & Aesthetic Sensitivity: Demonstrate a strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of current creative trends to produce fresh, modern, and culturally relevant designs that captivate target audiences.
- Agility & Fast Turnaround: Efficiently manage the design process and thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility and resilience when handling projects with quick turnovers and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters, account services, and planning teams to translate creative briefs into cohesive and powerful visual stories.
- Motion Graphics Integration: Apply a solid understanding of motion graphics and animation principles to enhance digital storytelling and create dynamic visual content.
- Creative Guidance Alignment: Work seamlessly under the direction and supervision of the Art Director and Creative Director, accurately interpreting feedback to refine and perfect final design outputs.
- Brand Consistency: Strictly apply brand identity systems (typography, photography, color theory) across various digital touchpoints to ensure absolute consistency for clients.
- Detail-Oriented Quality Control: Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail and high sensitivity to final execution, ensuring all visual assets are polished and delivered error-free.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proficient in relevant design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong ability to work under pressure while managing multiple timelines and production schedules.
- Good understanding of marketing communication tools and materials, including brochures, catalogues, direct mail, EDMs, POSM, and other campaign assets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate creative work based on campaign objectives and overall effectiveness.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for layout, branding, and design quality.
