Your new role

• Analyse business requirements and design data ingestion, transformation, load workflows to the enterprise data warehouse.
• Use Agile and modern delivery methods and principles to develop and maintain enterprise and operational datasets that support a broad range of business reporting and analytics purposes.
• Use Agile and modern delivery methods and principles to develop and maintain enterprise and operational data matching and analysis systems to support revenue compliance activities and detection of non-compliance.
• Contribute expertise to support modernisation of the data analytics environment.
• Work with stakeholder and colleagues to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and meet business requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

1. Expertise and experience in data transform and load workflows, and development practices that support the provision of high quality, reliable data in an Oracle environment (eg Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Apex).
2. Strong understanding of how data is provisioned for modern reporting and analytics platforms (such as Oracle Analytics Cloud and Power BI).
3. Strong understanding of data management and how this applies to features such as data extraction, loading, transformation, synchronisation, replication, privacy and security.
4. Well-developed technical skills with an Oracle environment (eg Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Analytics Cloud) combined with the high-level conceptual, analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
5. High-level communication (interpersonal, verbal, and written) and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people while focussing on customer-service and team collaboration.
