Job Description & Summary

A career within Customer consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

*Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into compelling design solutions

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

Develop interactive design elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction

Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and products, following established design patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.

Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and the wealth management industry, and apply learnings to enhance design solutions.

Utilize analytics and user data to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are both user-friendly and effective in achieving business objectives

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize design initiatives, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality design deliverables within deadlines.

Mandatory skill sets

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively

Year of experience required

7+ years

Education Qualification

Full time B. Des./ M. Des. degrees (with specialization in Interaction Design /Information Design/ Visual Design/ Web Design/ Graphics Design/ UI-UX Design) from IITs/NIDs/NIFTs and institutions listed in CEED & UCEED portals.
