What You’ll Do

Build, commission, and upgrade NEC Control Room systems in emergency services customers

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues like a pro.

Support projects from start to finish, managing tasks in Azure DevOps.

Keep standards high by following and improving engineering documentation.

Share your knowledge—coach colleagues and provide technical support.

Be part of a 24/7 on-call team delivering exceptional customer service (travel required).

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in similar roles

Experience in the operating IT systems for the Emergency Services sector.

Strong troubleshooting skills and experience within project frameworks

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Familiarity with ITIL processes
