Description

Product Security Engineer on a contract-to-hire basis in Pittsburgh, PA to support the organization’s product development by ensuring cybersecurity is incorporated throughout the product lifecycle. This role will partner closely with software engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance product security, manage vulnerabilities, support regulatory compliance efforts, and help drive secure development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Experience working with product security programs and secure development methodologies
• Experience using Python or similar scripting languages for automation and security-related tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
