What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Own Brand Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and business customers on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress while promoting sustainable delivery practices
• Support release planning and coordination activities in alignment with enterprise change and release processes
• Collaborate with the Environment Manager to ensure necessary software and technical components are available in each environment
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-7 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or IT project delivery role
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience supporting Agile teams
• Bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to facilitate multi-functional groups and lead through influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
