Salesforce Developer

Job Description

This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional who combines technical expertise with leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance across Salesforce projects.
• Recommend solutions leveraging both Salesforce Core Platform and Salesforce Industries (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Estimate effort, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivering clear communication and presentations on technical solutions.
• Support client engagements, including onsite travel as required.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of commercial Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or technical lead/architect role.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean coding principles.
• Proven experience with Apex, LWC, REST, SOAP, and Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
