About the role

We are recruiting for a number of Phone based  Sales Specialists to be a part of our team based in Melbourne on a full time basis. As a  Sales Specialist you will speak with new and existing customers to educate and offer them access to our partners growing suite of digital & tech products & services.

Some of the responsibilities will be to:

• Call new & existing customers to present digital & tech solutions
• Manage customer contact pro-actively, handle queries and requests from inbound and outbound calls / emails whilst ensuring our high service standards are met
• Develop and manage relationships with our portfolio of clients
• Collaborate with a great team to share ideas and best practice

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working over the phone selling to an existing base of customers
• The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
• Keen interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment
• Strong work ethic and team spirit
• You must have full working rights to work in Australia. No working holiday Visa’s or sponsorship
