Job Description

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for electric chain hoists.
• Understand customer requirements and make quotations.
• Participate in techno-commercial negotiations with customers and finalize orders based on company norms.
• Value selling to customers.
• Follow up with for payment collection.
• Key account management with big customers.
• Weekly reporting of leads, hot offers and orders received.
• Post delivery communication with customers for successful completion of projects.
• Involvement in developing the strategy for direct and dealer sales in India.
• Customer relationship management.
• Any other day to day activities as delegated by the management which may not be restricted to sales.

Qualities required in candidate

• Basic engineering knowledge for understanding of product.
• Self-motivated individual who does not require constant supervision. • Goal-oriented person who works towards achieving the company & individual targets.
• Good people and customer networking skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and handle change.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
• Readiness to travel.
