Job Description

Responsibilities

1 Sales Team Management

  • Lead and supervise property sales executives and relationship managers
  • Assign sales targets and monitor daily performance
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations

2 Property Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive property buying and selling transactions
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Increase revenue through successful deal closures

3 Customer Acquisition

  • Acquire new property buyers and sellers through calls and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with owners, builders, and customers
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline

4 Lead Management & Conversion

  • Monitor lead allocation and follow-up activities
  • Improve lead-to-sale conversion ratio
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries

5 Market & Territory Management

  • Analyze local real estate market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify high-potential areas for business growth
  • Develop area-wise sales strategies

6 Site Visits & Client Meetings

  • Coordinate and attend property site visits with customers
  • Negotiate property prices and close deals
  • Assist customers throughout the transaction process

7 CRM & Reporting

  • Track team performance through CRM tools
  • Maintain sales reports, revenue data, and MIS records
  • Provide regular updates to senior management

8 Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with legal, loan, and operations teams for smooth transactions
  • Ensure proper documentation and customer support
