Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets of nearly USD 1M+ by executing sales strategies for Centrifugation, Flow cytometry and Life Science Automation products by meeting Research and Academia customers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state.
• Work with cross functional teams to achieve annual sales goals and gain share of wallet through proactively identifying, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships, with key decision makers in your assigned territory.
• Partner with marketing, application, salesops and service teams to create, align, and execute short, mid, and long-term large account plans and contract implementation to maximize sales in your territory.
• Monitor market trends, customer funding, competitive activity to proactively adjust account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications-
• Science graduate, Post graduate degree in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology/Life Sciences/Genetics or any science discipline
• 4+ years of relevant Sales experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology
• Should have handled a business in HW sales.
• Multiple years of experience in Tender business and processes
• Multiple years of experience handling channel partners in the region
• Should have complete customer information in the geographies mentioned above
• Should have thorough knowledge of managing funnel through Salesforce or Leverage data analytics and CRM insights to identify growth opportunities, track account performance, and inform strategic decisions
• Owning the responsibility to meet the forecast commitments to meet the yearly goals and ensure the forecast accuracy month on month.
• Problem Solving Skills
• Ability to plan, travel and organize work.
