Sales Executive – Fresher

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook DMs, and email in a timely, helpful manner
2. Answer incoming sales calls and follow up on missed calls
3. Monitor comments on social media posts and respond to or flag purchase-intent comments
4. Guide customers through product selection, pricing, and order details
5. Convert inbound queries into confirmed direct orders
6. Follow up with customers who haven’t completed their order or gone quiet mid-conversation
7. Maintain accurate records of conversations, orders, and follow-ups
8. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure confirmed orders are processed and fulfilled correctly
9. Share regular updates on inbound query volume, conversion, and any recurring customer questions or objections
