Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking activities.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
3. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
4. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
5. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
