Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
2. Promote and sell Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, IVR, RCS, and related communication solutions.
3. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable messaging solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
6. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
8. Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding.
9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
10. Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
