Job Description

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule consultations with the Love Specialist.
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, converting interest into scheduled appointments.
• Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming experience to all prospective clients.
• Follow up with clients via SMS, email, and calls when needed.
• Learn continuously about our services, ads, and client-facing materials.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and KPIs.
• Update the CRM and internal systems with client information and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure a smooth handover.
• Identify recurring issues or concerns and report them to the Manager.
• Take initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas for team success.

Who You Are:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Great listening skills and attention to detail.
• Professional phone etiquette with a warm, persuasive tone.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Organized and able to multitask efficiently.
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Tech-savvy with reliable fiber optic internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
