Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule consultations with the Love Specialist.
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, converting interest into scheduled appointments.
- Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming experience to all prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients via SMS, email, and calls when needed.
- Learn continuously about our services, ads, and client-facing materials.
- Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and KPIs.
- Update the CRM and internal systems with client information and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure a smooth handover.
- Identify recurring issues or concerns and report them to the Manager.
- Take initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas for team success.
Who You Are:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Great listening skills and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette with a warm, persuasive tone.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Organized and able to multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Tech-savvy with reliable fiber optic internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
