Sales Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in metal working fluids across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and report market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demos to support sales efforts.

Service Support Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and fluid management services to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing machining processes related to fluids.
• Maintain detailed service reports, log customer interactions, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
