Python Software Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities)

• Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend applications and high-performance APIs using modern Python frameworks.
• Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and database efficiency.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready features in an Agile workflow.
• Uphold Engineering Excellence: Write exceptionally clean, maintainable, and testable code while championing best practices and strict coding standards.
• Automate & Deploy: Work closely within modern CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, automated deployments.

What We Are Looking For 

Mandatory Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Proficient in Python 3.x with a strong understanding of core language fundamentals and clean coding practices.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready applications with modern frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Solid experience designing and querying relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• harp analytical problem-solving skills paired with strong communication and team-player traits.

Nice-to-Haves (A Big Plus):

• Full-stack exposure, particularly frontend experience with React.js or TypeScript.
• Exposure to major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with modern observability, monitoring, and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
