Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Compare multiple code responses and identify the most effective solution.
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve LLM coding capabilities.
• Create high-quality coding examples and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance code generation quality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Java or Python (Python preferred).
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and code optimization.
• Experience with code reviews and software engineering best practices.
• Docker knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/LLMs or AI-assisted coding tools.
• Knowledge of software architecture and coding standards.
• Understanding of Machine Learning or NLP concepts
