Python / AWS Developer

Job Description

This role will suit someone confident working independently, comfortable making technical decisions, and experienced in designing event-driven cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AWS Lambda functions using Python
• Build and enhance event-driven workflows
• Work with messaging services and queue-based systems
• Integrate with SQL/RDS data stores
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub)
• Take ownership of delivery with minimal oversight

Required Experience

• Strong Python development experience
• Solid AWS experience (Lambda, messaging services, RDS/SQL)
• Experience building serverless architectures
• Understanding of event-driven design patterns
• Experience working autonomously in contract environments

Nice to Have

• Exposure to .NET development
• Experience working on data or AI-related projects
