What You’ll Tackle
- Own delivery for a critical APRA findings remediation stream
- Drive alignment across cyber teams, compliance stakeholders, and delivery units
- Facilitate workshops, remove blockers, and maintain laser focus on delivery
- Report into senior business and tech leads; influence without fluff
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or RTE within banking or cyber programs
- Deep familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (APRA ideal)
- Exceptional communication skills — you get to the point and keep things moving
- A natural driver — someone who leads with energy and doesn’t back down from pushback
- Comfortable working across business, tech, and exec levels
