Job Description

1. About Our Client:

The organization operates in the technology services industry, focusing on project implementation and support related to network, server, software upgrades, and PC deployment. It manages projects that vary in size and complexity, addressing challenges in coordinating technical initiatives across regional teams. The program emphasizes maintaining efficient project delivery through structured coordination and communication.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Project Coordinator II plans and coordinates internal projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects related to technology implementations and upgrades progress smoothly. This role supports the organization by monitoring project progress, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and addressing issues to keep projects on track. The position contributes by enabling effective project execution and informed decision-making through timely updates and reporting.

3. Responsibilities:

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists

• Provide weekly project and action item updates

• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions

• Communicate project status accurately to the team

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures

• Identify project issues and coordinate solutions or escalate as needed

• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings

• Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings

• Collaborate with regional teams on project resources and ticket resolution

• Monitor the ticketing system daily and reassign tickets as required

• Produce regular project reports

• Identify trends or recurring problems and escalate to management

• Assist in defining new process improvement opportunities

• Maintain knowledge of processes and procedures

• Work with SDMs/Project Managers on analytical needs and deliver actionable insights

• Perform other duties as assigned

4. Requirements:

• Associate”s degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of related experience or training

• Ability to build productive internal and external relationships

• Exercise judgment within defined procedures

• Flexibility for office and remote work, including occasional adjusted hours for regional collaboration

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with ticketing and/or project management systems

• Understanding or experience in a technology-driven environment

• Proactive, dependable, and customer service oriented

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Maintain confidentiality and professional decorum
