Your new role
As the CRM Test Lead, you will take full ownership of testing activities for CRM‑related initiatives while leading a team responsible for execution across multiple streams of work. You will be accountable not only for designing the test strategy and validating system behaviour, but also for guiding, coaching, and managing testers who contribute to the delivery effort. This role requires someone who can bring discipline and structure to an environment where documentation is scarce and many processes must be rediscovered from scratch.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need strong, hands‑on experience testing CRM platforms within ecosystems involving multiple integrated applications. Candidates who have only tested single systems or worked in environments with ready‑made documentation will not be suitable. You must be able to analyse data flows, identify system behaviours that are undocumented, and reconstruct processes independently. Deep comfort operating in ambiguity is essential, as is the ability to progress work without daily oversight.
You will be someone who has built test plans, test cases, and execution frameworks from the ground up and who understands the realities of testing in legacy environments. Experience collaborating with distributed teams, managing complex test scenarios across multiple phases, and driving clarity where little exists will be critical. A practical, delivery‑focused mindset and strong problem‑solving skills are key to success in this position.
