Roles & Responsibilities

Presentation & Communication Support

• Develop and maintain high‑quality PowerPoint decks for project finance updates, business cases ROI calculations, and stakeholder discussions
• Help structure slides to clearly present financials, analysis, progress, and key messages
• Draft clear and concise written materials such as summaries, trackers, meeting notes, and follow‑ups
• Support senior team members in preparing materials for steering committees and senior stakeholders

Financial & Analytical Support

• Support quantitative analysis, including:
• ROI and cost‑benefit calculations
• Basic financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Tracking of key financial metrics, project value case metrics and project success KPIs
• Assist in validating numbers, assumptions, and calculations used in presentations and reports
• Translate analytical outputs into clear insights and visuals

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, finance, and vendors to gather inputs and clarifications
• Support coordination of meetings, agendas, actions, and follow‑ups
• Help ensure alignment by tracking decisions, dependencies, and action items

Project & Program Support

• Support day‑to‑day project activities such as:
• Maintaining trackers and timelines
• Monitoring risks, issues, and dependencies
• Preparing status updates and reports
• Work closely with both technical teams and business users to support delivery activities
• Escalate issues or gaps to senior team members where needed

Required Skills & Experience

Experience Level

• Typically 5–10 years of experience
• Prior experience in financial services, consulting, analytics, or enterprise environments is a plus but not mandatory

Core Skills

• Strong PowerPoint skills, with ability to build clear, structured, and professional decks
• Background in mathematics, finance, economics, engineering, data, or a related quantitative field
• Hands‑on experience working with:
• Financial numbers
• ROI or cost‑benefit calculations
• Assumptions, baselines, and simple financial models
• Strong numerical accuracy and logical reasoning
