Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings using Revit 2024.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, stair details, kitchen and bathroom layouts.
• Prepare door/window drawings, schedules, and construction details.
• Develop accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready architectural documentation.
• Apply US Building Codes, IBC, ADA, and accessibility requirements.
• Ensure proper stair dimensions, clearances, headroom, and other applicable code requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, coordination, and constructability.
• Coordinate architectural documentation with other disciplines.
• Independently develop construction-ready drawings from schematic designs with minimal supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

• 78 years of professional Architectural Production / Design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit 2024 – Mandatory.
• Strong experience working on US-based architectural projects.
• Experience with Multifamily Housing / 2–3 Story Podium Buildings is required.
• Good working knowledge of US Building Codes, IBC, and ADA requirements.
• Strong architectural detailing and construction documentation skills.
• Ability to independently develop accurate and construction-ready drawings from schematic designs.
• Strong understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, stairs, doors/windows, schedules, and architectural details.
• Senior, hands-on professional capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Updated resume and portfolio showcasing relevant US Multifamily / Podium projects and Revit work are mandatory.
