Job Description


We’re looking for a hands-on RevOps Product Owner to lead and scale the internal systems that power our Revenue Operations. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of Product, Tech, and Operations, driving the development and optimization of key platforms such as CRM, CMS, bonus engines, segmentation tools, and campaign management systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-impact features. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of combined experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role within IT or software development environments
  • Proven experience managing IT development projects end-to-end
  • Higher education degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of product delivery processes and agile methodologies
  • Ability to understand and investigate technical issues together with engineering teams, including APIs, logs, and system integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

You will be responsible for:

  • Own and drive Revenue Operations IT products, including CRM, CMS, bonus engines, segmentation engines, and campaign tools
  • Define product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery plans
  • Manage IT development projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Data, Gamification, CRM, VIP, and Campaign teams
  • Drive automation and operational efficiency improvements across Revenue Operations workflows
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation
  • Lead agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release coordination
  • Work together with engineering teams to investigate technical issues, integrations, APIs, and system-related challenges when needed
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through testing and UAT validation
  • Define and monitor KPIs and analytics to measure feature performance and optimize processes
  • Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities to continuously enhance scalability and efficiency
