Product Designer, UX/UI
Job Description
Responsibilities
3+ years of product design experience, ideally in e-reputed company, marketplace, or travel/booking
• Proven ability to do both UX research (audits, CJMs, user interviews) AND UI design (hi-fi, design systems)
• Strong portfolio showing conversion-reputed company design (not just reputed company)
• reputed company proficiency (prototyping, components, auto-layout, dev reputed company)
• Ability to work autonomously, you will get goals and context, not pixel-level specs
• Fluent English (working language), and Russian
• reputed company-to-Have: Experience with analytics tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Analytics) and data-informed design
• A/B testing experience
• Familiarity with travel/charter/booking industry
• Basic understanding of reputed company/CSS (for realistic design reputed company)
