Product Designer – User Experience & Interaction Design

Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience designing Web, and SaaS platforms. This role is critical in shaping the user experience of the platform, including admin consoles, dashboards, configuration tools, and end-user interfaces.

You will work closely with founders, product, engineering, and AI teams to design intuitive, scalable, and enterprise-grade user experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

User Experience & Interaction Design :

– Design end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile applications

– Translate complex workflows (AI configuration, agent setup, analytics) into intuitive UX

– Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes

– Design experiences for multiple user personas (admins, operators, managers, end users)

UI Design & Design Systems :

– Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs aligned with brand guidelines

– Build and maintain a scalable design system for web and app

– Ensure design consistency across SaaS modules and platforms

– Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile

SaaS & Platform Design :

– Design enterprise-grade dashboards, configuration screens, and analytics views

– Work on multi-tenant SaaS UX considerations

– Design configuration-driven interfaces that adapt based on user roles and permissions

– Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance best practices

Collaboration & Handoff :

– Collaborate closely with Full Stack and AI/ML engineers for design feasibility

– Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines

– Review implemented designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution

– Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and product insights

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Must-Have :

– 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer

– Strong experience designing Web, Mobile Apps, and SaaS products

– Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

– Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design

– Experience working with developers in product-based environments

– Ability to design for complex systems and workflows

– Experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms

– Familiarity with AI-driven or data-heavy interfaces

– Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design

– Experience creating design systems and component libraries
