Product Designer II

Job Description

Description :– Take part in product and design ideation, planning and prioritization of our diverse range of products and features.

– Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data. Define design strategies by analyzing data models and derive best practices within the team.

– Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.

– Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions which suit the co. brand.

– Take part in creative and holistic thinking across our diverse products and conduct design reviews and status meetings as needed.

– Evangelize design within and outside the organization.

– Brainstorm and create new directions that co. can take in our quest to make payments easy and accessible to all.

– Effectively mentor and inspire a team of designers. Help the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritizing and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.

Ideal Candidate :

Strong Product Designer Profile :

– Must have 2+ years of hands-on Product Design experience in designing digital products, preferably in product-first or high-growth tech companies.

– Must have strong end-to-end product design experience, including user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design for web or mobile products.

– Strong expertise in User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, and Visual Design principles, with the ability to craft intuitive and scalable product experiences.

– Must have hands-on experience applying user research, usability testing, behavioral analytics, and data-driven design decisions to improve product usability and customer experience.

– Proven ability to work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to define product requirements, ship features, and improve user journeys.
